Due to continual positive change and growth they are now looking for a high performing sales consultant to over see a diverse panel of IFA's in the South West. The panel will cover Bristol down to Taunton.This role requires someone that can bring with them a proven track record of turn around/ panel development along with the ambition and drive to promote the proposition and range of products. The panel that is on offer has huge potential with the opportunity to regularly exceed sales targetsDuties: Create, develop and manage relationships with key IFAs to promote Intermediary Group Work effectively with Internal Consultant partner and Distribution Support team to maximise the support given to IFAs Demonstrate an understanding of how the IFA business works and how our client can make life easier for the IFA in running that business Promote the proposition and range of products Understand responsibilities associated with FSA membership (including TCF), and how this affects the Intermediary Group and IFAs. Operates within T&C scheme Improve and update product and market knowledge and apply this knowledge appropriately. Manage entertainment budget/expenses Role model behaviour to junior Sales Consultants Knowledge/Experience required: Qualification Criteria: Full CPA plus at least one diploma exam with an expectation if all new starters having a full diploma in Financial Planning status or higher Excellent understanding of IFA marketplace and competitors A proven track record of performance within a similar position The ability and working knowledge of how to increase sales & deepen relationships. Good knowledge of FSA & governance responsibilities Financial awareness Commercial understanding of RDR and platforms Our client is keen too attract the top talent from the market for this position.
