My client is looking for an experienced Commissions Administrator to join their IFA practice in South Manchester. The successful candidate will assist in the general running of the office by supporting the advisors. Duties will include: • First point of contact for incoming calls, communication of messages to the relevant member of staff. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and scanning and filing of all documents. • Prompt communication via telephone and in writing with Insurance providers concerning clients policies to ensure a first rate customer service to clients. • Liaise with financial advisors to ensure all commissions payments are calculated, administered and paid correctly. • Preparation of financial schedules for Independent Financial Adviser to meet with clients. • Ensuring new business commission received in a timely manner and provide support in the submission of new business using Adviser Office 1st software. • Any other duties as required.
