The position will involve speaking to clients regarding their investments and carrying out execution only trades, alongside providing generic advice about the markets and providing information about currently favoured funds and stocks. The role will entail both inbound and outbound calls. To be considered applicants will have financial services experience and hold a good level of technical knowledge, backed up by progression with the FPC/CertPFS. A real passion for investments is being sought, alongside a professional phone manner and the ability to build relationships based on honesty and trust. Clients will range from individuals investing on a small scale to extremely wealthy individuals, so an ability to deal with such a diverse clientele is a pre-requisite. Salaries for this role rise to £22,000 along with a discretionary bonus, a pension and other benefits. Our client is in growth mode and has ambitious plans for the future.
