A leading Accountancy practice is looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team in Reading. Our Client is committed to the development of their Employee’s and growth of the company.
The main focus of the role is to support the Consultants and their Clients along side all general Employee Benefits Administrative duties including acting as a primary liaison for Clients and staff regarding Employee Benefits applications and process.
The products you will be dealing with will be:
• Group Personal Pensions
• Group Private Medical Expenses and Dental insurance
• Group Life, Long Term Sickness/Disability and Critical Illness insurance
The Person
• Strong organisation skills with close attention to detail
• Thrives of delivering the highest standard of service and is proactive within the office.
• Ideally fully conversant with Adviser Office Software and Microsoft Office programs
• Priorities workload
• Ability to liaise at all levels
• A team player with a good sense of humour
• GCSE’s in English and Maths (Or Equivalent)
