Key Responsibilities • Management of work-loads and tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the business • To act as a technical referral point in relation to complex client scenarios. • To research the market place for the most appropriate client solutions and then produce sophisticated, technical suitability reports on behalf of the IFA consultants. • Excellent communication skills enabling Interact with high net worth clients and • You will come from a technical Paraplanning background yourself with much experience of pensions, including transfers, investments and corporate protection solutions Applicant Requirements • Extensive experience in a Senior Paraplanning role.. • Ability to manage a team of Paraplanners/Administrators. • Diploma level qualified with a desire to continue progress towards chartered status. • Excellent communication and management skills are a must, as is a professional and hard-working attitude. • A dynamic and positive approach to challenging and exciting work is a must accompanied by a desire to build a team for the future. Salary • Dependant on experience a benefits package of up to £40k is negotiable. Salary reviews will take place on an annual basis in addition to participation in the practice bonus scheme.
